Jerry Cans

Our range of Jerry Cans is designed to meet the diverse requirements of businesses in the chemical, lubricants, edible oil, and detergents industries. These cans serve as reliable containers for liquids, oils, and various viscous fluids, offering a portable and visually appealing solution that ensures watertight storage. Manufactured using blow molding techniques, our cans are crafted to form hollow plastic parts. This process encompasses extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, and stretch blow molding, where compressed air is directed through molten material to achieve the desired shape and functionality.

Cups

We manufacture an incredible range of cups of all dimensions and shapes. A high turnaround time caters to a growing need of cups across the dairy, ice cream, beverages and food products/supplies industry. Quality products which are then styled to perfection are produced on a large scale basis through a Thermoforming process. Thermo filming involves heating a layer of plastic between Infra red, Natural gas or other heaters and then stretched over a mold to give its resultant shape. Thermo forming processes are diverse ranging vacuum forming, pressure forming and drape forming to free blowing.

Tubs and Trays

Food is first tasted through the eyes. And we make sure that first impressions are long lasting. EPI manufactures a diverse range of tubs and lids for different products in the ice cream, dairy and food products industry. We predominantly use the Injection Blow Molding process for their manufacture.

Pet Bottels

Pet bottles are designed to serve as a highly portable and convenient device to carry liquids and viscous fluids without spillage. EPI makes spill proof and compact pet bottles with a highly ergonomic design to best suit the food and beverages products industry. A Pet Blow Molding process is employed in manufacturing fine quality and highly durable pet bottles.
